Terms & Conditions
Our terms and conditions are very simple and easy to understand. We have three main Packages available to advertisers; Bronze, Silver & Gold. To learn more about three packages please click on the links or to compare all three please click here.
Should there by any problems or queries regarding our terms and conditions please do not hesitate to contact us before you advertise. We will get back to you within 24 hours of submitting your query.
- We will not link to porn sites or sites that we see to be offensive.
- If you are unsure about whether your site meets this then please email us with your query and we will be happy to give you confirmation as to whether you can advertise on our site. If you purchase pixels and they are not suitable for our site and do not meet our criteria than a refund will be given however a 40% administration fee will be charged to cover our paypal charges.
- We reserve the right to suspend any links after activation if they are found to be not in accordance to above. If your link is suspended you will be given sufficient time to provide a new one.
- Images cannot be changed once they are uploaded unless you have purchased the Gold package. However if there is a valid reason as to why your image and url need to be changed for example you no longer have that domain name or you have gone through re-branding then will accept amendments. Just email us with the details.
- Once your image and url has been accepted and uploaded onto the site, you will not be issued a refund.
- Once image and url are accepted your image will be reserved for you for the amount of time you have rented the space for. Images will be uploaded within 24hours of purchase and will remain on the site for the as long as you have paid. If an advert is purchased on the 14th of February and you have purchased it for 1 month it will stay on there until 13th March etc.
- We are an online event management website that caters consumers with a medium to help them find information and plan for their event.
We therefore suggest to the advertisers to think carefully before the advertise with us and whether their chosen market will be the ones visiting this site.
We do not have restrictions as to who can and cannot advertise with us.
- This site is constantly updated and monitored.
- You will not actually own the pixels. You are paying for the space on the millionpoundgallery which holds your link and image on it.
- If the site is subject to a denial of service attack then we can not be held responsible for not displaying the website. In the unlikely instance of this happening we will do our utmost to get the site up and running as soon as possible.
- The site may occur some downtime for maintenance but this will be kept to an absolute minimum.
- Once you have finished renting your space, that space will become available to the next person.
- To purchase pixels you do not need a paypal account. Providing you have one of the cards below then you can pay for your pixel space.
- We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions to protect the interests of the adsnpixels.com and its clients.
